This little dolly. She's just the best.
She has the sweetest temperament and a very soulful look about her.
She has the sweetest temperament and a very soulful look about her.
She has been sitting outside more and watching all the going ons that our little patch of sidewalk has to offer. Whenever she's sitting on the porch I think to myself with a name like Maybelle, a rocking chair on a deep wide porch is just where she belongs :)
She loves to go to strangers still.
She gets excited about things now and kicks her legs. As the girls point out, just like a puppy wags its tail. Is she kicking? Then rest assured she's overjoyed to see you.
Lots of babies learn to blow spit bubbles at this age, not Maybelle surely no!
Instead she has mastered a very coquettish and charming little lip smack, which naturally we all swoon over.

I would venture to say she sometimes has a wary, skeptical look.
I suppose you never really know what kind of shrieks or outbursts or sudden spells of Let It Go will be shouted at maximum volume, so really can you blame her that apprehensive expression?
She shows no interest in crawling and honestly doesn't even like to roll over much.
Rather, just plant this chubby little creature on a nice spot where everyone is in eye site, and she will keep a wary eye on those rascally big sisters.

(And rascals they are indeed!)
