It was so nice having Aunt K's house all to ourselves (she was out of town) so that we didn't have to cramp anybody else and the babies could sleep in their own rooms, and we went on runs in the morning since the weather was way nicer than Raleigh (75 compared to 99 degrees + humidity in Raleigh).

And there's something refreshing about seeing a bit of snow on the mountains. I forgot how the mountain is like BAM right there.

We had fun celebrating Kelsey's Birthday. It was more like a birthday week extravaganza and you can read all about the shinanigans on her blog.

In keeping with tradition, Grandpappy gave Heiress #2 her first bite of chocolate chip cookie dust.

Dear Aunt K: this is what Time-Out looks like at your house:

aw, i didn't know aunt k was out of town! How nice of her! And yes, I bet she was glad she didn't have to witness her great-niece's tantrums. Weird... that makes her sound old.
Anywho, wish we coulda been there in provo w/ u! I miss it! Dean & I haven't been back together since college. I miss that feeling of "twitterpation" i get there!
ps. i have to spell the word "bistich". sounds nawtay.
I LOVE the time-out pictures! Just yesterday I was wishing I had taken a picture of Hazel when she was crying. Why don't I ever do that? It makes me grin and hide it, but I have no keepsakes!
