We had the perfect day while visiting Schrammah & Schrampa in Charlotte this past week.

Mel and I set up a photoshoot with our "special" tea set that we only played with on special occasions when we were little girls. Yes, we fought over who's tea set this actually is (I think it's mine and she swears it is hers).

While I was dressing Amaryllis, I kept telling her we were going to have a party outside and I don't think she knew what to expect. I love her curiosity.

And I loved watching her expression when she realized she could gorge herself on giant "marshy-mellows!" and touch breakable cups and pour water from a pot with a lid that can be taken on/off as many times as you want!

She, of course, went straight for the marshmallows...

...while Rome wasn't sure about the girlyness of the whole setup.

Grahamsy sent her the cute outfit from Janie & Jack and I pretty much want it full-size so I can wear it. Especially the shoes.

Anyways, she loved it. I like to watch her play and I wonder what goes on in her cute little head.

Oh, and since she now wears undies, I had to show her how to sit daintly like a lady. She does it on command now, it's so cute! This quilt is one that my Granny made from jean pockets--isn't it awesome?
