"She's so cute, I just, I just want to put her in my heart!"

Look at those teeny little stick legs, and those gigantic roller blades!
I'm really impressed how quickly she picked up rollerblading.
It was literally within 1 afternoon and she was a pro!

A new front door hanger.  It is befitting.

Are Lexy and Maybelle going to follow in their big sister's footsteps?

Future BFFs and constant after school playdates?

Maybelle's little bestie, Mister Madden, celebrated his 1 year birthday!

It was a smash!

Decorating sugar cookies is kinda soothing and relaxing.

(sugar cooking snatcher--doesn't matter if it's on the ground or the bench):

Look at this good looking crew:

Our Kensington--she is so funny, she said she wanted to write her name backwards and there you have it!

Maybelle LOVES helping with the dishwasher!

That day I let Kensington sit in the front seat in the neighborhood...is it time for the Bartletts to get a bigger car so we can participate in carpool?

I love this good ole tree, and all the afternoons my kids have spent playing in it.  This particular day, Amaryllis brought her "explorer's backpack" and was equipped with binoculars, a magnifying glass, and the neighbor's walkie talkies :)

Fashion Disaster Day at school.
Yes, she looks way more cool and not enough disaster.
She's got such great style:

She also dressed up Maybelle that particular day:

I went to Hobby Lobby looking for something cute for my hutch (I don't have a mantle to decorate, so I decorate the TV hutch for the seasons and just like to keep it fresh and different).

Of course I emerge with little knick-knacks that I know the girls would L-o-v-e to play with.
Was I correct?

This mama knows her girlies!
I love glancing over and seeing little scenes and different setups.

My phone is really starting to seem old, it's getting fuzy, and the top button finally bit the dust, and it holds no battery charge (can barely make it a day).
But the fuzzy reverse camera is ok when it hides the frightening signs of incoming wrinkles and old lady blemishes:

See the kitty under the table?  His name is Freddy.

Amaryllis is learning to type at school, on this cute website called Typing Agent.
She is sooooo Jake's offspring, in her snuggy and on the Mac.

This month, we played a bit of
Single Mom--the episode where we stay out all afternoon until bedtime
...we went to some different parks.
I spy with my little eyes...4 kids!

Well some friends said it was "too cold" for the park one day, and it of course was beautiful, so we dressed up and took a cold freezing picture to text them.  I think it was 65 degrees outside with a slight chance of drizzle.  Yes, super cold when you are used to a perfect 73 degrees.

(speaking of cold, so funny to see my newsfeeds full of our NC friends freaking out over the weather)
