Santa Anna Winds

When is the last time you rollerbladed?  

Went out around the neighborhood the other night:

We ding-dong ditched a few friends and thought we were soooo sneaky and rebellious.

How's the gym treating ya?

Maybelle is loving her new found walking legs:

This particular morning, the Santa Anna winds were blowing up a warm breeze from southern Cali:

She kept opening her mouth and trying to lick the wind, and squealing.

  

Here is another day that Maybelle wanted to take a stroll down the boulevard.  

I have to remind myself to stop and spend time doing these little things, just like I did with the other girls at this age.  

It's far to easy to shuffle poor Maybelle from one thing to the next, I gotta take it slower:

Amaryllis asked me to roll her hair in buns and she slept on it:

This week was super warm.  We headed to the beach yesterday.  

Here's a random guy in a full suit, he walked up and down the beach with his camera on a selfie stick, filming himself.  

It was funny at first.  Then it was pathetic.

Amazing sky!

These kids love the beach.  It seems like a lot of work (packing food, towels, gear, etc) but once we are there it is WORTH IT!
