Endless Summer

Summer never ends here, so I'm told.
One of my favorite times of day is the late afternoon, early evening.  The neighborhood is all alive with kids getting in a quick play before dinner, dog walkers, skate boarders, people walking home from an afternoon pool session, bike riders, and pretty soon--little kids in big backpacks.  Love it.

So confused as to my "baby book photo album" method (or lack there of).
There's Facebook, which is nice because the entire family and extended family and long lost friends are all on it.  I like keeping up with them and sharing picts and seeing their picts.  And now there's Instagram because it's the new hotness, although I think I need to start following more people.  And there's this blog.  Basically it's all just regurgitation of the same photos, but I feel like the blog is where I always go to reminisce so I guess it will be my baby-book dumping grounds for now.

We've been staying busy.  Amaryllis hosted a tea party.  She was soooo cute the few days beforehand, making invitations, thinking about decorations.

She totally had a "vision" and kept busy setting up everything.

Their favorite part...washing the dishes :)

Even a princess has got to take care of important business :)  I thought it was so cute when I passed by to see here there on the pot all dolled up.  I'll be so sad when she gives up the dresses and imagination play.

These sisters are so cute lately.  I love it.

We couldn't use our Disney passes all summer because they were blocked out since it was so busy there, but as soon as the end of Aug rolled around we were itching to go.  It is such a blast, I wondered if I'd get sick of it yet but it is just enough magic and fun that we look forward to going and yes, I still get giddy when I see a princess :)

Had to document Kensington's lovely curls.  They are getting straighter and straighter the longer her hair gets.  Makes me unbelievably sad :(

Fun and relaxing beach day with one of my roommies.

Your blog, most defiantly! I love looking at old posts of when M&M were Crew's age and what we were doing, it's the best journal.

Love AV's tea party decorations, her and Macey should open up a party planning business one day. And how'd you make that circle banner? Simple, but cute.

And KD's hair?! I cannot believe how long it is.
