Proud Momma moment. Amaryllis gave a 3 minute talk in her Sunday school in front of about 30 kids (ages 5-7). She was super excited all week and always wanted to practice with her pretend microphone.
Her topic was "Following the 10 commandments can help me show love to God and His children". I loved her talk because it was totally her, she thought of all the ways she could show love (hugs, smiles, taking care of the earth, taking care of the animals), we printed out some pictures and she worked on coloring them all week, and we talked about it in various conversations throughout the week. It was so sweet and from the heart. Her teacher gave her a huge hug and was tearing up, and later when I was tucking her in she said her teacher must love her. How cute is that?

How sweet! Hazel hasn't had a talk in primary yet, but she did give the scripture, and she was pumped up about it. It was fun to watch.
