If you'll recall, one of my new year's resolutions was to take more video. I shan't disappoint!
Amaryllis is quite the little conversationalist lately. I always try to video her dialogues, but she clams up. So I have resorted to hiding the camera. A few things about this clip 1) she always says "friar rose" instead of Briar Rose and I just never have the heart to correct her. 2) Notice she looks up and off into space when her mind is really going. 3) Grapes???!? Preposterous, Mother! 4) The bit about Kensington flying away--she has told me this a few times the past weeks, she is very concerned it will happen.
Well, for those of you that joined forces with us for the first 13 months of Kensington's life in trying to cajole a laugh out of her, you will thoroughly enjoy this clip. She finally squirted out a cute short laugh and it passed my approval.
She is now 18 months, and this is the VERY first time we have ever heard her rolling in the giggles. I know, I know. Most babies get the giggles when they are a few months old. I don't know why she has held out so long. She is not a serious, solemn child--just can't seem to let herself break free.
Unless, apparently, she is waterboarded by big sis.

Why didn't KD laugh like that when Miles turned the hose on her? Too cute.
and I loved when AV said, "Daddy's a fairy." I'll be showing that clip to Paul when he gets home, I think he'll enjoy it.
