Back when she was new to the world--peacefully bundled up and sleeping contentedly in her carseat--and random people would stop to peek and awww. 
"Enjoy it while it lasts." or "They grow so fast" or "It seems like yesterday my kids were so tiny"
One minute you have a newborn, then literally overnight your newborn becomes a toddler.
And, as I wipe an emerging tear, that's all I can say on the subject!
