The best time of the year, the month leading up to Christmas!
Maybelle had her 2 month shots.
This was before the vaccines, all smiles:
Hervy/Herby (nobody can decide) has been being naughty. It's driving Amaryllis a little crazy I think.
Somehow I got put in charge of the Christmas party at church again.
It was fun. I outsourced pretty much everything so it really wasn't a ton of work. Here are the booths that each auxiliary came up with.
Pin the star on the tree:
Christmas jewelry:
Sugar cookie decorating:
Christmas tree bowling:
Candy cane fishing:
I love that Kensington has her little friends and they always seem to find eachother:
Amaryllis collected all the pinwheels from the centerpieces. This week she was the "All About Me" kid at school, where they take a bag home and fill it with stuff from their home, and bring it to school and show everybody. She jam packed that bag with all these pinwheels the next day. I wonder what her teacher thought.
Speaking of Amaryllis, she was forced/bribed to get up but she did NOT sing:
Festival of Lights boat parade.
And some fun things the kids have been doing:

If you weren't so awesome at planning the party, they wouldn't keep asking you ;)
I love your Christmas party ideas. The candy cane fishing especially. It's so simple, but so clever.
I can't believe how big KD is getting, it's been too long since I've seen her!
Your ward party looked awesome, no wonder they put you in charge again. What a great idea to assign each auxiliary to do a game...that would of made our ward party actually fun.
