Staying Busy

We have been keeping busy.


Do I have to claim her when she looks crazy?

We started a mock pre-school with 3 of my friends and their little girls. Since I couldn't get it together enough to enroll Amaryllis in a real school back at the beginning of the school year, this will have to do.


And we quite like it so far.


There are no boys, so we've been referring to it (in a British snobby accent) as:

Sugar & Spice Academy
A finishing school for little ladies.

I'm sure you'll hear more about it.

I've been doing more photography, Jake's doing his thing, we work/run errands during the day, rotate a quick jog when the girls are napping, veg out or work at night, and play on the weekends.



Last night I went to bed at 8pm. That's 8pm people! I'm pretty sure I was out before Amaryllis because I heard her playing in her room, and I thought "oh I'm just going to plop down for a second then I'll go hangout with Jake" and the story ends after the plop down part.
