April Showers

We have had lots of rain, and we desperately need it! We were on the porch watching the rain, when it suddenly cleared and a lovely rainbow broke through the clouds!
It also rained when my friend Liz and I took the girls on a quick beach trip earlier this week. But, luckily, the rain stopped long enough for us to have fun on the sand. Here is Lilly and Amaryllis lounging about.

And the sound of the ocean put Amaryllis right to sleep.
