My Little Pilgrim-ette

thanksgiving pilgrimette 002text

Yes, another outfit I found at my mom's and just so happened to luckily spot it in her closet yesterday. I'm not sure if it was from my time period because it doesn't strike me as an 80's outfit. Then again, we did live in no-man's land Texas so maybe this was a totally hip outfit.

Either way, she looked cute as can be and had her first taste of sweet potatoes and jell-o.

We had a lovely dinner hosted by my friend and wonderful cook (you know, the gorgeous family that I took pictures of last month). She even sent me home with show stopper, white chocolate drizzled, dark chocolate covered, heath bar encrusted caramel apples.

Then this morning, Jake and his surfer pal went for a day-trip to catch some waves. The girls and I watched princess movies and busted out the Christmas decor. Amaryllis busied herself all morning playing with the nativity scene. Very glad we have a toddler safe baby Jesus because he's visited every room in the house already--including the inside of the fridge.

That does not seem like an 80's dress, but I love it all the same. I can't believe your mom kept all these clothes!

She is as adorable as ever and I thought of you as I used my pilgrim salt and pepper shakers yesterday.

Can't believe you had Jill-o for Thanksgiving. Was it a salute to Kelsey? Hadn't you never tasted it before freshman year?
